On a football Sunday where the Buffalo Bills won 37-3 over Washington and the Miami Dolphins put up 70 points in a rout over Denver, the NHL had its own lopsided victory. The Calgary Flames pummeled the Vancouver Canucks 10-0 at the Saddledome on Sunday, with Flames rookie Matt Coronato scoring a hat trick. After the game, Canucks head coach Rick Tocchet joked that he felt like Broncos head coach Sean Payton, after losing by 50 points.
