The Golden Knights won the Stanley Cup Final in five games and dominated their games at home, winning three games by a combined score of 21-7. Vegas captain Mark Stone had a hat trick in the series victory and former Buffalo Sabres captain Jack Eichel had three assists, ending the postseason with the NHL lead in scoring with 26 points (6 goals, 20 assists).
Jonathan Marchessault, who lost the Stanley Cup to Washington in 2018, tied Leon Draisaitl with 13 postseason goals and was named winner of the Conn Smythe Trophy.

Andlauer Group Wins Bidding War For Senators
The Ottawa Senators have finally found an owner, and it does not involve Ryan Reynolds or Snoop Dogg.
The club announced on Tuesday that a group controlled by Michael Andlauer has entered into an agreement to purchase 90% and operational control of the team, with Anna and Olivia Melnyk, the daughters of the late Eugene Melnyk, retaining 10%.
Andlauer will assume control of the Senators’ operations is a minority owner of the Montreal Canadiens and will have to divest himself of that before taking operational control of the Atlantic Division rival.
