Buffalo Hockey Now Hiring New Beat Writer

Not everything works out. Now, Buffalo Hockey Now, a member of the National Hockey Now network, is interviewing for a beat writer.

Unfortunately, our last relationship ended without warning because we hadn’t yet found our audience. NHN is looking for someone to faithfully cover the Buffalo Sabres with energy and inquisitiveness but also be able to offer analysis and opinion.

Buffalo loves hockey and the Sabres. We want someone able to connect with those people.

The job requirements are;

• Media experience is required (newspapers, professional websites, independent media, credentialed blogs).
• Must know the team. Living in the area is required.
• Active on social media with the standard ability to Tweet all stories and upload videos to YouTube and Facebook.
  • And the willingness to connect with readers on social media
• Be part of the community and help us create the hockey community.
• Resourceful, creative, and love hockey.
